Formed in 2010 and incorporated in 2022, Benchmark Property Management (Yukon) Ltd is a family-owned business that is wholly focused on the provision of residential accommodation throughout the Wilderness City. The company can provide tenancies on a short, medium or longer term bases through its network of private landlord owned accommodation. Predominantly provided on a fully furnished basis, we can also supplement existing landlord’s furniture as required from company owned inventory depending on tenants needs.

Not only do we provide “your home away from home in Whitehorse” offering a comfortable living environment for those who are tired of sitting on the edge of a hotel room bed, we also supply a welcome basket for tenants with a selection of local food and beverage favourites. 

Please note that the registered office is a residential address and we do not take meetings on site. We would be happy to meet in person at a location in Whitehorse or have a telephone meeting at your convenience.
