Benchmark is a service-oriented family company that understands the Whitehorse market and has a broad range of properties available for both individuals and businesses.

Our properties can be provided either on a rental plus bills or an all-inclusive arrangement, where utility costs such as heating fuel, electricity or cleaning are bundled into the monthly payment (subject to fair-usage limitations).

Where are our properties?
The current portfolio consists of 28 properties ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom homes, with a mix of apartments, condos, semi-detached and detached options across various neighborhoods in the city. Many are completely furnished and fully equipped for your convenience. All properties are strictly non-smoking and only permit pets where specified. Furnished sites benefit from unlimited cable Internet services from Northwestel as part of the rental.

Benchmark has proven itself a highly reliable partner for a business looking to locate staff within the city for short or medium term stays. By offering a ‘one price’ bundled offering companies are better able to budget the cost of their accommodation and significantly reduce the administration burden on their own staff. What can I expect in a fully furnished property managed by Benchmark?”

Cutlery, glassware, crockery, utensils, pots and pans, slow cooker, mats, microwave, dining table and chairs, fixed appliances (fridge freezer, cooker)

TV (including unlimited cable internet), sofa and chairs, desk or floor lamps, side table, area rug

Bedrooms
Double, Queen or King beds with all linen provided (including pillows), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe or clothes closet

Bathrooms
2 sets of towels and bath mats per bedroom, brush/plunger set

Vacuum, mops, cleaning materials, artwork, shelving units, small step ladder
